讼是天往上、水往下，两股力量背道而驰。占到讼，几乎可以直接翻译成「你正在一场纠纷里」。卦辞的判断非常冷静：「中吉，终凶」——中途停下来还有好处，打到最后一定伤。又给了一条路：「利见大人」，找第三方调停比自己硬碰强。
