为一件共同的事走在一起。
同人是天与火：火往上烧，跟天同向。占到同人，讲的是「因为共同目标而聚起来的人」。卦辞说「同人于野，亨」——野是开阔地带，意思是要在公开、开放的范围里找人。如果在「宗」里找（小圈子里找），就会「吝」，因为圈子太小，利益冲突太大。

Heaven rising away from earth. Communication is severed. Contract, stay quiet, and wait — the blockage breaks on its own at the extreme.

Fire at the foot of the mountain, lighting it beautifully. Grace helps, briefly. The last line says it plainly: the finest ornament is none.
