师

象曰：地中有水，师；君子以容民畜众。

带队伍靠规矩，不靠情绪。
师是地中有水：水藏在地下，是把力量收进组织里。占到师，说明事情已经不是一个人的事，需要一群人按纪律做。卦辞说「师出以律，否臧凶」——开头没定规矩，后面全乱。另一条：「长子帅师，弟子舆尸」，位置要交给真正能担的人，别让资历浅的人硬上。
