萃是泽上于地：水聚在地上，成了泽。占到萃，是「聚集」的卦——人、资源、机会都在汇聚。卦辞说「王假有庙」：要有共同的信仰或目标，人才聚得牢。萃最怕是「有孚不终，乃乱乃萃」：聚起来又散，散得比聚得乱。
