益是风雷：风雷相助，彼此增益。占到益，是「增加」的卦——资源、机会、帮助正在往你这里来。但益的用法是反的：益的吉在于「给出去」，卦辞说「利涉大川」。上爻「莫益之，或击之」——只想着自己拿，会被打。所以益的核心是先施后得。
