明夷

象曰：明入地中，明夷；君子以莅众。

光被挡住了，这时候要藏。
明夷是明入地中：太阳落到地下，光被遮住。占到明夷，是「才能被压制」的局面——你明明有能力，但环境不容许你显露。卦辞说「利艰贞」：在艰难里守住自己。做法是「用晦而明」：外面暗、里面亮，把聪明收起来。这是全卦最反直觉的一条：越有能力，越要装糊涂。
