既济

既济是水在火上：水在火上，火被水压住了，一切各得其位——已经完成。占到既济，是「已成」的卦：事情做成了。但爻辞第一句就说「初吉终乱」：刚开始吉，最后会乱。既济的功课是「思患而预防之」：成功之后的维护，比成功本身更难。
