损

减掉一部分，整体反而好了。
损是山下有泽：泽在山下，被山压着。占到损，是「减损」的卦，但损常常是好事——卦辞「元吉」「可贞」。损讲的是「损下益上」或「损己益人」，是主动的减法。做法是「惩忿窒欲」：把怒气按住，把欲望收小。损的关键判断是：该减的是什么，减了之后谁受益。
