象曰：木上有水，井；君子以劳民劝相。

井不动，但打水的人要自己下去。
井是木上有水：木桶提水上来。占到井，讲的是「不变的资源」——古井不会因为城市搬迁而改变。井的吉凶不看井，看打水的人：井可以养所有人，但绳子不够长就打不到水。井的核心是「公用」：井水不藏私，你的资源也该如此。
